Q: When will my parts ship to me?
A: If all the parts you’re ordering are in stock, and you place your order before 2 p.m. CST, they will ship the day you order them. If you place your order AFTER 2 p.m. CST, the order would then ship the next business day. If the parts are on backorder and are current production parts, delivery can take up to two weeks. Special, non-production parts may take longer.
Q: Why didn’t I receive all my parts?
A: Some parts are not made at Marvel (“In-House”). They will need to come to us from other places. The delay is in some shipments that may be coming from other countries. Those parts have to be checked-in at Customs before coming to Marvel. Please contact Marvel about availability before placing your order to insure stock if you need your order quickly.
Q: How long will it take for “Backordered” parts to ship?
A: Most parts are given a 2 to 3 week lead time. There are exceptions, however, when a larger replacement part is ordered such as sheet metal parts or railings for a machine.
Q: What is the difference between a “Partial Ship” order and a “Complete Ship” order?
A: A “Partial Ship” order means that you are aware that some parts are not in stock at time of ordering but want to receive the parts Marvel does have. The “Complete Ship” order means that you are willing to wait until all the parts you’ve ordered are in at Marvel.
Q: How do I return parts?
A: Please call Marvel’s Parts Dept. WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER to request an RMA Number for returning parts.
Q: How long do I have to return (a) part(s) after I’ve received an RMA Number?
A: You then have 21 days from receiving your RMA Number to return the parts you wish to send back.
Q: Is there any warranty on repair parts, and if so what is it?
A: Most Genuine Marvel repair parts are warranted for 90 days. There are some components which are warranted for longer than 90 days. Warranty status can be obtained when inquiring about returns.
Q: Is there any restocking charge for returned parts?
A: There is a restocking charge on non-warranty parts of 15% of the list price of the parts returned. |
