You agree to (a) immediately notify Marvel of any unauthorized use of your Member ID or Password or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you properly exit the website at the end of each session. Marvel cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.

Marvel withholds the right to temporarily or permanently terminate your membership for any of the following reasons where you:
Utilize MarvelBandsawParts.com to send spam messages or repeatedly publish the same product information.
Post any material to members that is not related to international trade or business cooperation.
Impersonate or unlawfully use another companies name to post information or conduct business of any form.

13. Returns Policy

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide our customers with excellent customer service, Marvel Mfg. Co. offers you the option to return most repair parts purchased from us Marvel. You may return eligible products for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees, as set forth in detail below.

• 21-Day Return Period: In order to qualify for a credit or refund parts must be returned within 21 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice.  Refunds or credits will be paid less shipping, handling and any applicable restocking fees. All returns must reference a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  Any product returned to Marvel without prior authorization from Marvel will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product.
  
• Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective and covered by our warranty or the return is a direct result of an error made by Marvel, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

14. Cancellation Policy

Understanding a variety of conditions exist where customers need to cancel an order, Marvel Mfg. Co. will permit cancellations for standard production items. Non-standard or unique items as defined at Marvel Mfg. Co.’s discretion may not be permitted for order cancellation. Given, the costs incurred by Marvel Mfg. Co, refunds will be for the full amount less $25. Refunds will only be honored for orders cancelled within 1 business day from when the order was placed.
